How do you determine your pricing?

Pricing is based on the size and condition of the property, the type of cleaning requested, and the frequency of service.

We provide customized estimates based on your specific cleaning needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Zelle, Jobber, Cash App, cash, and check.

Do you provide cleaning supplies?

Yes. Our team arrives with the necessary cleaning products, tools, and equipment for your service.

If you prefer us to use specific products provided by you, please let us know in advance.

What is included in a deep cleaning?

Deep cleaning provides more detailed attention to areas that need additional care, including kitchens, bathrooms, baseboards, doors, trim, fans, vents, and other buildup.

The exact scope can be customized based on the condition and needs of your property.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

A $70 fee may apply when less than 24 hours’ notice is provided.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. You do not need to be home as long as we have an agreed-upon way to access the property.
