Our pricing is based on several factors:

📌 SCHEDULING & POLICIES
- How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking one week in advance to secure your ideal date and time.
We do our best to accommodate urgent last-minute bookings when possible.
- What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
If less notice is provided, a cancellation fee applies:
✅ $70 or 50% of the cleaning cost (whichever is greater).
- Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes! We proudly offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for all recurring customers.
If you're not fully satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to correct the issue at no extra charge.

- Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients provide a door code or keep a key safely stored for our team.
We always respect your privacy and property.
- What if I have pets?
We love pets!
We recommend securing pets during the cleaning to ensure safety and efficiency.
If pets interfere with cleaning, additional time or fees may apply.
