By making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
By scheduling a professional cleaning service appointment with Reality Services Cleaning LLC, you agree to our general terms and conditions outlined below. These terms, along with our confirmation email/letter and the cleaning schedule, form the complete agreement between both parties. No other statements or representations, whether verbal or written, will be binding. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply in full force. If you have any questions or need clarification regarding these terms, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Should there be any changes to these terms, we will provide written notification.
We take pride in our service and your satisfaction is our priority! If you ever wish to cancel for any reason, simply give us a call at any time. At Reality Services Cleaning LLC, we believe in flexibility, which is why we never bind you to a long-term contract.
We proudly offer a 24-hour, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for all our recurring customers—whether weekly, biweekly, or on another schedule. If any part of your home doesn’t meet your expectations, simply contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll return promptly to re-clean those areas at no extra cost. Please note, refunds are not provided unless a re-cleaning is completed.
Enjoy a 5% discount when you prepay for a full year of cleaning services after your initial cleaning. You can cancel anytime by simply providing notice equivalent to one cleaning service and repaying the 5% discount originally applied to the annual cost. The adjusted refund will reflect the deducted 5% from the remaining balance.
If you book a recurring service (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly cleaning) and cancel after the first cleaning, the One-Time cleaning rate will apply.
Our flexible and dynamic schedule allows us to better serve our customers, which means exact arrival times may vary. We provide cleaning services six days a week, Monday through Saturday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. While we strive to maintain consistency, there may be instances where your usual afternoon appointment is rescheduled to the morning. Rest assured, we will do everything possible to accommodate your preferences and meet your needs.
We kindly request a 24-hour notice for any service changes, including cancellations, rescheduling, or skipping a cleaning. If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, a cancellation fee will apply: either $70.00 or 50% of the scheduled cleaning cost, whichever is greater, if the cleaner is unable to complete the service.
We have a “24 hours Hold / Charge credit card” policy. Payment is expected in full the day of the cleaning. For your convenience, we accept all credit cards where all services are charged at the time of cleaning. Furthermore, cancellations will be charged on credit card. We only accept card payments, and no payments accepted directly to cleaners.
The cost of services includes the provision of reasonable supplies and equipment being provided by our company. Any jobs requiring extra supplies or equipment will be billed additionally for these services.
Our teams are instructed to follow the requirements for the clean they are conducting. If you would like additional services performed please contact our office at least one business day in advance so we can schedule the additional work. Changing in scheduling could create changes in fees.
Be advised that if the professional house cleaners are subject to distractions that affect our ability to work we reserve the right to charge for our extra time spent in the home. Distractions include pets, third party, or contractors interfering with the professional house cleaners’ duties.
If for any reason a cleaner of Reality Services Cleaning LLC feels that their personal safety is in danger enough to leave the job site, due to actions by the Customer, or others at the job site. The Customer will remain liable for the full cost of the job.
Items of extreme value (monetary or sentimental) should be dusted or cleaned by the owner.
We assume no liability for damage or loss of items that are not secured in a proper manner, or previously damaged before cleaning. (Example: heavy pictures hanging from thumbtacks, or dings in furniture that were there before we cleaned). Further, we will assume no liability for damage or loss caused by the negligence of the Customer.
Although we are professionals, we are not miracle workers. Sometimes we are called in too late to correct damage that is already done, or items may take a couple of cleanings to look their best. We will work with you in the most cost-effective way to try to remedy these spots in your home.
Professional house cleaners working for Reality Services Cleaning LLC have agreed, in writing, that they or their family and friends will not accept direct employment from any Customer of Reality Services Cleaning LLC accept for payment of the exit fee (see next bullet point). This agreement is in full force and effective during the time that professional house cleaners are employed with Reality Services Cleaning LLC and for a period of one year after termination of their agreement with Reality Services Cleaning LLC . Given this, we respectfully ask that you not directly solicit or engage the service of any professional house cleaner, except through Reality Services Cleaning LLC.
If you prefer hiring a current or former cleaner or solicitation is made, a $1000.00 referral fee will be charged. Once the referral fee is paid, Reality Services Cleaning LLC will no longer be responsible for managing the professional house cleaner, including, but not limited to liability protection, information security, scheduling, government taxes, quality of services, and any other act pertaining to the daily work duties of the Housekeeper.
The client agrees to notify Reality Services Cleaning LLC if any person in the household is suspected of contracting an infectious disease. This notification must be as early as possible, but at least 24 hours before scheduled visit. Reality Services Cleaning LLC reserves right to cancel cleans under such circumstances.
If your home is equipped with a security system, please ensure that you advise us of the entry code or have it disarmed.
Plans are based on the average time to clean. If the home is not found in an “average” condition and it takes more than 1 extra hour to clean, Reality Services Cleaning LLC reserves the right to bill for the extra time spent.
Our purpose is to ensure you have a clean home. Therefore, payment is for the service provided and not based on the amount of time your cleaning team spends at your home. We want our team to focus on ensuring your home is clean and not how many hours they work. Some home cleaners may take longer than average time; some may take less time than average. Either way, your home will sparkle.

By booking a service with Reality Services Cleaning LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms, combined with our confirmation email/letter and the agreed cleaning schedule, form the complete and binding agreement between both parties. No verbal or written statements outside of this agreement will be enforceable. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms will continue in full effect. If changes are made to these terms, written notice will be provided.
1. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority.
We proudly offer a 24-hour, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for all recurring services (weekly, biweekly, monthly).
If any area does not meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we will return promptly to re-clean the specified areas at no additional cost.
Refunds are not issued unless a re-cleaning has been completed.
2. No Long-Term Contracts
We believe in flexibility.
You may cancel our services at any time by providing notice. We do not require long-term commitments or binding service contracts.
3. Recurring Service, Prepaid Discounts & Cancellations
Customers who prepay for one full year of recurring cleanings receive a 5% discount after their initial service.
You may cancel at any time by giving notice equal to one cleaning cycle.
If you cancel early, the 5% discount will be deducted from your remaining balance before refund.
If you schedule recurring service and cancel after the first cleaning, the One-Time Cleaning rate will apply.
4. Scheduling & Arrival Windows
Our cleaning services are available Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Because our schedule is dynamic and designed to serve clients efficiently, exact arrival times may vary.
In some cases, an afternoon appointment may be moved to the morning. We will always try to accommodate your preferences.

If less than 24 hours' notice is given, a cancellation fee will apply:
✅ $70.00 or 50% of the scheduled service cost — whichever is greater.
If a cleaner arrives and cannot complete the service due to access issues, safety concerns, or other preventable obstacles, the cancellation fee will also apply.
6. Payment Policy
Reality Services Cleaning LLC follows a “24-hour hold/charge credit card” policy.
Payment is due in full on the day of service.
We accept credit/debit cards only.
Cleaners may not accept cash or any direct payments.
All cancellations and charges are processed through the card on file.
7. Supplies & Additional Charges
Our service includes reasonable cleaning supplies and equipment.
If a project requires specialty products, extra equipment, or additional labor, extra fees may apply and will be discussed prior to service.
8. Additional Tasks & Service Changes
If you need extra tasks beyond your scheduled cleaning, please notify us at least one business day in advance so we can schedule appropriately.
Changes may affect pricing.
9. Distractions & Delays
For the safety and efficiency of our team, we reserve the right to charge for extra time if cleaners are delayed due to:
Unsecured or aggressive pets
Contractors or maintenance workers
Other individuals interfering with the cleaners’ duties
10. Safety & Right to Refuse Service
If a cleaner feels unsafe for any reason—due to actions by the customer or others present—they may leave the property immediately.
In these situations, the customer remains responsible for the full service cost.
11. Liability & Damages
Customers should personally clean or secure items of exceptional value (monetary or sentimental).
We assume no liability for:
Items improperly secured
Pre-existing damage
Damage caused by negligence of the customer
Example: Heavy frames hung with thumbtacks or furniture already scratched before cleaning.
While our cleaners are professionals, some situations may require multiple cleanings or may not be fully restorable.
12. Non-Solicitation of Staff
All Reality Services Cleaning LLC cleaners have signed an agreement preventing them or their families from accepting direct employment from our customers.
This agreement remains in effect: ✅ During employment
✅ For one year after leaving the company
If a client wishes to hire a current or former cleaner directly, a $1,000 referral fee must be paid.
Once paid, Reality Services Cleaning LLC is released from all responsibilities related to that cleaner (taxes, liability, insurance, scheduling, etc.).
13. Health & Illness Policy
If anyone in your household is suspected of having a contagious illness, notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule for safety reasons.
14. Security Systems & Access
If your home is protected by a security system, please provide access instructions or ensure the system is disarmed prior to service.
15. Time Estimates & Service Quality
Service plans are based on average cleaning times.
If your home requires more than one additional hour due to excessive buildup, clutter, or non-standard conditions, extra time will be billed accordingly.
Important:
You are paying for results, not for hours spent.
Some cleaners may finish faster; others may take longer—your home will still receive the same high-quality attention.
